Adobe Pet Hospital is a full-service animal hospital providing comprehensive pet healthcare serving the Livermore, CA area which is the easternmost city in the San Francisco Bay Area. Led by Dr. Harpreet Sekhon, we pride ourselves on providing the best care offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services using progressive, modern medicine and innovative technology. To complement our doctors, we have an experienced support staff and a strong leadership team to help in your success to deliver the best care to each pet and pet owner!

As the Veterinary Hospital Manager, you play an integral role in leading the hospital team and providing excellent care to our pet patients and clients. Our team members hold the highest regard for maintaining a healthy, safe, and cohesive work environment. As the Hospital Manager, you lead by example to ensure its success and manage all aspects of operations and people management within our fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary hospital. The primary duties center around business/P&L management, HR functions, and instituting/maintaining compliance with policies and procedures that ensure safe and efficient practices within the hospital environment.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Qualifications

  • Experience in a management/leadership role required.
  • Veterinary Experience as a Lead CSR or Lead RVT preferred
  • Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients and colleagues
  • Able to review, understand and react to findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Have excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks 
  • Possess a good attitude and contribute to building and fostering a positive work environment
  • Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, client and vendors.
