Berry Hill Veterinary Center is an outstanding practice offering integrative medicine for our small animal patients.  We are seeking an additional veterinarian who shares our compassion and strives for excellence in both medicine and surgery.  We offer high-quality medicine with both conventional and complimentary approaches available including acupuncture, nutritional therapy, and herbal remedies.

We are also very proficient in surgery and dentistry with updated equipment and a strong emphasis on anesthetic monitoring and safety including a ventilator.  We are dedicated to positive client experiences and delivering wholesome care and seeking a full-time veterinarian who shares our philosophies.  We also have an exceptional support staff who practices fear-free techniques and facilitates the veterinarian to focus on medicine.  No on-call and no ER hours!

Oregon City is just minutes outside of Portland, it is a great community and BEAUTIFUL too!  Downtown Oregon City is charming, and the clinic is located off I-205, less than 1 hour to Mt. Hood and less than 2 hours to the Pacific Ocean with wine country also nearby.  Oregon is famous for great coffee, beer, and amazing and abundant farmer’s markets and of course an outdoor activity haven.

Ideally, candidates will be looking for a long-term career position and possess the following qualifications:
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school
  • Able to obtain a non-restricted Oregon state veterinary license
  • Able to obtain a non-restricted DEA license
  • An interest and proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery
  • A desire to build trusting relationships with clients, colleagues and the community
  • Mindset and drive to grow personally and professionally
  • An ability and the desire to mentor and train staff to keep them growing and excelling
  • An eagerness to contribute to our clients, patients and team
