Kennel Assistant Responsibilities

  • Assist in taking radiographs; clean surgical instruments and prepare surgical packs for sterilizations; sample set up and clean up
  • Clean and straighten exam rooms to prepare for incoming patients following OSHA guidelines
  • Refill and restock exam/treatment rooms with appropriate medical supplies and materials

Frisco West Animal Medical Center is a full-service companion animal practice looking for either a New Graduate Veterinarian or an experienced Veterinarian to become a valued member of our team.  This is a 40-hour-per-week position with primarily canine and feline medicine and surgery.  Workdays are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with one full day off during the week.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  We boast an excellent schedule with an outstanding work/life balance. Qualifications

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school in general practice
  • Experienced veterinarian ready to provide passionate care
